Ancient Mahruban harbor belongs to Sassanid era and is located at a distance of 24 km of north of Deilam harbor. Nowadays relics of this harbor are observed in a place which name is Imam Zade hill.
This dock was the first harbor which ships had reached to it when they were travelling from Basra and mouth of Tigris to India. Mahruban or Mahroyan harbor was an ancient and historic harbor in old Ghobad Fars Koreh (village).
Mahruban harbor was one of the richest harbors in Achaemenian, Parts and Parthian eras. Its glorious times had been started from Sassanid era.
