Saqqez County (Persian: شهرستان سقز), (Kurdish: Saqêz) is a county in Kordestan Province in
Iran. The capital of the county is
Saqqez. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 205,250, in 45,909 families.
The county is subdivided into three districts: the Central District, Sarshiv District, and Ziviyeh District. The county has two cities:
