Cheshmeh A‘la is a mineral spring that is located about 4 km in the north of Damavand.
Its water bubble up out of a hard and rough rock. It is said that the spring had much more water and people showed a great respect for it.
The water of A ‘la spring is bubbling out of the yearly rainfall and snowfall penetrated into soil. the area around the spring is covered by alluvial deposits belongs to Quaternary Period.
The Surrounding area of the spring is turned to a large complex that gathers nature enthusiasts on weekends.
The result of a study shows that its mineral water has a significant effect on reducing blood pressure. This effect can also reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
